What on earth are superfoods? There is no scientific meaning but they’re basically foods that have ridiculous amounts of nutrients in them and are great for your health and general well-being.

One of the most underrated superfoods, beetroot contain vitamins A, B and C which help to keep your immune system strong. They are also packed with potassium, fibre and folic acid which your body to produce and maintain new cells!
